Cooking lessons
Chef Jean-Michel Lorain is committed to transmit his passion for cooking.
The cooking lessons enable you to discover the gourmet universe of the Côte Saint-Jacques and to become acquainted with the major principles of today's cuisine, in a convivial atmosphere.
Discovery class :
on Monday afternoons (One monday per month, except on July and August, ask for our cooking lessons' planning and programs)
Each month, a different theme allows you to participate in the creation of recipes with the chefs of the Côte Saint Jacques.

From 14h Welcoming coffee

14h30 Handing-over of the aprons and presentation of the recipes to realize.

14h45 It is around the stove and organized as a real kitchen brigade that you will participate in the development of the dishes under the attentive leadership of the Côte Saint Jacques’s chefs.

17h30 End of class

17h45 Tasting of the dishes in mini-portions with the chefs and the sommelier that will explain the harmony between the dishes and the wines
Public tariff : lesson at 130 euros per person
(One monday per month, except on July and August)
Please note: It is always possible that a session will be cancelled if the minimum number of 8 participants is not reached. In this case we will inform you immediately, to move or cancel the session.

Proud of his culinary and gastronomic heritage, Chef Jean-Michel Lorain wanted to share his experience within his establishment.
You can take a cooking class with the chefs for a few hours, or for several days.
The experience can be enjoyed by two, with friends or why not as a group during a seminar...
